ALBERTO SÁNCHEZ DEBUT IBEROAMERICAN DANZANTE AWARD, of €1.000 (one thousand euros) and a diploma, goes to the short film FORASTERA (Spain) by LUCÍA ALEÑAR, for telling us how previous generations mark the construction of our identity trough an aesthetic and a photography which connect with the spectator.
Special Mention to the short film O BARCO E O RIO (Brazil) by BERNANDO ALE ABINADER, due to the power of its cinematographic discourse at the same time testimonial and empathetic, which subtly narrates the passage of a caregiver woman from sacrifice to freedom.

INTERNATIONAL DEBUT DANZANTE given by Anselmo Pié Sopena Foundation, of €1.000 (one thousand euros) and a diploma, to the short film UN CŒUR D’OR (UN CORAZÓN DE ORO) (France) by FILLIOT SIMON, a contemporary fable about greed and sacrifice told through a work near to goldsmithing with great attention to detail.
‘FRANCISCO GARCÍA DE PASO’ HUMAN VALUES MENTION, a diploma to the short film which best highlights human values, goes to the short film CHERUPKI (Bulgaria) de SLAVA DOYTCHEVA because, with symbolism and a poetic staging, this story stands out for its courage in speaking about sexual diversity in a repressive social context.
Special Mention to the short film AL-SIT (Sudan) by SUZANNAH MIRGHANI, which confronts tradition and modernity by freeing the lead character from both thanks to her corageous choice.

Special Mention to the short-documentary A CAMBIO DE TU VIDA (Spain) by OLATZ OVEJERO ALFONSO, CLARA LÓPEZ, AURORA BÁEZ, SEBASTIAN RAMÍREZ, for the brave inmersion in an ignored social reality.
ARAGÓN TELEVISIÓN AUDIENCE AWARD consisting of the purchase of the diffusion rights of the short film by Aragón Televisión for an amount of €900, including its promotion, goes to the short film NUR Y ABIR (Spain) by MANU GÓMEZ.
BEST SCRIP AWARD, of €800 (eight hundred euros) and a diploma goes to the short film AL-SIT (Sudan – Qatar) by SUZANNAH MIRGHANI, for showing a female main character who is capable of breaking with an imposed tradition and reassuring herself in the right to freely choose her future despite of living in an environement in which women don’t have their own options.
