In between daydreams and family memories, Takashi searches for meaning in life while finding himself distant from his daughter, Laura, a young freestyle dancer who dreams of becoming a professional and establishing her own identity.

Roberto Veiga

Roberto Veiga has been working as an assistant director, producer, director, and screenwriter for over 10 years. He has directed the short films Parched Return (2019), which had its world premiere at the 25th Encounters Film Festival (ENG); Son (2020), inspired by the poetry of Miró da Muribeca (Recife, Pernambuco); and Onizuka (2026). In 2024, Roberto served as producer on the feature film Era uma vez a eternidade, directed by Pedro Maia de Brito, which is scheduled for release in 2026. Roberto Veiga is also a member of the ABD/APECI in Pernambuco (Brazil).
