Coordinated by Alba Forradellas

The Youth Committee was created as part of the Festival’s commitment to opening space for new perspectives and ways of understanding cinema. Made up of young people connected to the audiovisual field, this group actively works on developing proposals and activities that engage the interests of new generations, bringing a fresh and much-needed perspective to the programme.

Far from being merely symbolic, its involvement has grown steadily in recent editions, establishing itself as a key part of the Festival. Its work not only helps bring the event closer to younger audiences, but also strengthens the Festival’s commitment to diversity of voices and generational renewal within the cultural sector.
