An outdoor activity during which the actress Luisa Gavasa will share her career with the audience through a compilation of audiovisual and graphic material that reviews her acting trajectory in the world of cinema.
Luisa Gavasa was born in 1951 in Zaragoza, where she was declared “hija predilecta” and a spokesperson for its festivities. Throughout her professional trajectory, she has performed on the stages of Spain’s main theaters such as María Guerrero, Teatro de la Comedia, and Liceo de Barcelona.
Her debut in cinema took place in 1977 with Doña Perfecta, and over the course of her career, she has worked with directors such as Pedro Almodóvar, Miguel Picazo, Agustí Villaronga, Julio Medem, José Luis Garci, and Paula Ortiz, among others. Her two most acclaimed works are De tu ventana a la mía and La Novia (both awarded the Simón Award for Best Performance). The latter also earned her the Feroz Award, the Medalla del Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos, and the Goya Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 65.
The actress has also made appearances on television, where she has worked on popular series such as Amar en tiempos revueltos, Farmacia de guardia, La que se avecina, El Ministerio del Tiempo and Velvet.
