Spanish film maker based in Galway, Ireland. She graduated from GMIT in Film and Documentary and further her education obtaining Academic Excellence in her masters degree on “The representation of ethic minorities on screen in Ireland’.

Her films focus on themes of human rights and social justice with a particular focus on under-represented groups.

Her work has been screened both in Ireland and internationally. Her film Untold Secrets closed the 2021 Galway Film Fleadh and consequently toured around the world.

She has won awards at Toronto (Best Human Rights Film), Vancouver Independent Film Festival (Best Social Justice Film), Amsterdam International Film Festival (Best Female Director), L.A. Independent Film Festival (Best Director and Best Short Documentary 2019) and the Dublin Underground Film Awards (Best Documentary 2019). She has had a recent nomination for Best Documentary at Seminci – Valladolid. Her newest film Mincéir has premiered at Dublin International Film Festival.
