Cinta Tabuenca’s academic and professional trajectory is multidisciplinary and revolves around cinema, cultural management, and writing. She studied Audiovisual Communication, then specialized in film at the Metrópolis School in Madrid, and later studied Art History at the University of Salamanca. In 2022, she co-directed, along with Alicia Ferrer, the documentary Todavía no conocemos a Joël Henry, for which they received the Ramón Acín grant for Visual Arts. She has worked in audiovisual productions, film archives, programs, and film festivals. She has also collaborated with museums and cultural centers in different countries and has published in art and non-fiction film magazines such as FLORAE and Corrientes.
