Buenos Aires (Argentina), 1974. Currently, he is the National Director of Cultural Innovation at the Secretariat of Cultural Development of the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, and coordinates the development of the Platform of the Argentine Cultural Industries Market (MICA). He trained as a film director (IDAC), an editing director (ENERC), and is a specialist in Digitalization and New Audiovisual Technologies; he obtained, among others, a higher diploma in Public Project Management (UCES) and a postgraduate degree in Digital Television and New Platforms (UNLaM). He is an assistant professor in Audiovisual Media for the Communications Sciences program at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He was a principal expert in the Mercosur Audiovisual Project and General Coordinator of the Audiovisual Digitalization and New Technologies Unit of the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts, where he also worked as technical head in charge of the CINE.AR television channel and the CINE.AR Play and Estrenos platform of the INCAA.
