Madrid, 1972. Trained at the Municipal Theater School of Zaragoza and the Summer University of Santander, with José Luis Gómez. Specialized in gestural theater with Norman Taylor (Jaques Leqoc School), Clown technique with Eric de Bont, and Commedia dell’Arte with Carlo Bosso. Founding member of the theater companies Los McClown and LagartoLagarto.
He has acted in over 40 theater productions with more than 2,500 professional theater performances. As a theater director, he has directed over a dozen shows both independently and with his own company. He is also the author of multiple theater productions. He won the award for Best Show at the National Theater Contest in Torrelavega with the Teatropello company.
Alfonso Palomares has worked for years as a scriptwriter for Televisión Aragonesa and is part of the cast of actors of the popular Aragón TV program Oregón Televisión, which has been the audience leader on the network for over 15 years.
