Germany 2025 30' Debut film
What remains when memory fades? Dosi has been living with Alzheimer’s disease since 2020. Despite her increasing memory loss, one wish remains for the 91-year-old: she wants to visit Nonnenhorn on Lake Constance one last time, where she spent two years during the war. Together with her granddaughter Carla, she travels from the retirement home in Berlin to the place of her memories.

Marvin Menné
Marvin Menné is a documentary film director and cinematographer from Germany. His work focuses on social issues and is characterized by empathetic portraits of people whose perspectives are often overlooked. He trained as a Media Designer for Image and Sound and completed his bachelor’s degree in Time-Based Media at Mainz University of Applied Sciences in 2024. His award-winning documentary films have been shown at various national and international festivals. He is currently studying at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and is a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
