In 2012, two biology students created fecomagnetism, a parody of pseudotherapies that claimed to cure all kinds of diseases by mixing poop with magnets. They only wanted to make an original and fun critique, but it got out of hand. How long would it take for people to realize that everything was fake?

Javier Polo
Javier Polo is a Valencian filmmaker who shares his passion for documentaries and fiction productions with the world of advertising. His first documentary film, Europe in 8 Bits (2013), was broadcasted in more than twenty countries and world premiered at IDFA. The Mystery of the Pink Flamingo (2020), world premiered at South By Southwest, was recognized with three Berlanga’s and nominated for Best Documentary at the Gaudí’s. Now he is working in his first fictional film, Pequeños Calvarios.
