Lebanon 2019 17' Fiction
After the death of his mother, Elijah, a 9-year-old boy, challenges his faith to bring her back from Jesus’ heaven.

Wassim Geagea is a young Lebanese filmmaker, who studied Cinema at the Lebanese University- Faculty of Fine Arts and then continued his master degree in cinema at St Joseph university in Beirut. He underwent training sessions on scriptwriting between the French institute in Beirut and Moulin d’Ande in Normandy – France. He showed his first short movie My Grandfather’s Photo in several film festivals and won the first prize in The European Films Festival – Lebanon. Since 2011, he has directed several documentaries and television commercials in countries such as Lebanon, Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt and Jordan. till now. Omé is his second short and he is currently working on his first feature film Barka.
