In a blank space, a barrel organ suddenly chokes and plays on its own. Its player with pin-tipped feet, free from playing, may start a dance that makes him see what he couldn´t listen to anymore.

Vitor Hugo Rocha

Vitor (Espinho, Portugal, 1972) is an illustrator and 2D animator/director. Vitor studied Graphics and Drawing in Oporto where he is living and working with Bando à Parte Studios. In these studios he recently directed and animated his film The Sounds from the Drawers as also has colaborated in other director films like Any Other Man by Luis Soares; Carrotrope and Fim de Linha by Paulo d´Alva; and Soot and Agouro by David Doutel and Vasco Sá. Sound and music and sincrony seem to have a key presence in his work.
