Mira dreams of becoming a truck driver. She grew up among truckers at a highway rest stop. But as adolescence reshapes her body, the way others look at her begins to change, putting her dream at risk, and Mira is not ready to give it up.

Daniella Saba

Brazilian screenwriter and director born in São Paulo, Daniella Saba lives and works between Brazil and France. A graduate of Paris 8 University and La Fémis, she makes films that explore intimate relationships, family, identity, and transmission, blending drama and humor. Her short films have been selected at prestigious festivals, including the São Paulo International Short Film Festival and Clermont-Ferrand. She is currently developing her first feature film.
