Spain 2023 18' Fiction
After her parents separated, Berta (7) travels with her mother and sister to spend a few summer days at her grandmother’s country house. During nap time, while the adults are sleeping, her cousin Jorge (15) offers to teach her how to ride a bicycle. The teenager is attentive and careful with her, and Berta is very happy to spend time with him, but doesn´t realize he has other intentions.

Carmen Jiménez
Screenwriter and director trained at Columbia University. She is the co-writer of La Mesías, the new TV show created by los Javis, and La red purpura, directed by Paco Cabezas, as well as the Sony International feature Adiós (2019). Carmen has worked with Félix Viscarret, Carlos Marques-Marcet o Benito Zambrano on several TV and cinema projects. Her short films have been selected in many international festival, and have been awarded by the US DGA amongst others.
