International Short Film Contest 54 ED. 2026

France 2025 18' Fiction
Géraldine, a young stage manager, is blocking a deserted road for a film shoot near Calais. Not many people pass through, apart from Amar, a Syrian refugee. Encumbered by her barrier and her walkie-talkie, which is constantly shouting orders at her, Géraldine does her best to carry out her mission under Amar’s intrigued and amused eye. This unexpected encounter will stealthily link the destinies of these two lonely people.
