Igor and his friends regularly drink vodka, sing songs, spend the night in porches and cellars. Life, in general, is not easy, but it has long been familiar to him. One day he manages to contact relatives, from whom he receives sad news – his dad has died. Putting his strength together, Igor goes home, but the prodigal son does not linger in the parental home and sets off on a new journey.

His documentary A Letter to the Descendants was shot in 2019. The following year, he won a scholarship to participate in a DocTrain training workshop led by documentary filmmakers Marina Razbezhkina and Arne Birkenstock. In 2021, he completed the documentary Home sponsored by the Goethe Institute and the Rostov Kremlin. Currently, he is studying directing at the N.S. Academy of Cinematography and Theater Arts. Mikhalkov.
