Jonas Schaffter
Metzerlen (Switzerland), 1988. Graduated in Visual Communication from the University of Art and Design in Basel. After studying photography at the Mimar Sinan University in Istambul, he worked on the Bosporus as a photographer and filmmaker. In 2016 Schaffter completed his master’s degree in film studies at the Zurich University of the Arts, specializing in documentary film production. During this time he made his first full-length documentary, Arada.
