CHARLES CHAPLIN
WORKSHOP
CHARLES CHAPLIN
SUNDAY 11 JUNE - 11H - BLUE ROOM OF THE CASINO DE HUESCA
For children from 6 to 16 years old.
The fundamental purpose of the workshop is for the participants to understand the concept of cinema as a set of moving images through one of its greatest geniuses, Charles Chaplin.
By pre-cinema we understand all those inventions that existed before the appearance of the Lumière brothers’ cinematograph on December 28th, 1895. In the workshop we will build a series of optical toys that will allow us to see how still images come to life, get animated and move . In addition, we will screen some fragments of the wonderful films of Charles Chaplin, one of the greatest geniuses in the history of cinema.
Workshop given by Alberto Olivar.
