Women’s voices rise to deliver testimonies of victims of sexual violence. By reconstructing a story with these fragments of experience, a societal portrait is painted throughout the documentary. Like a mosaic, the pieces stick together to build a unique story that could belong to any human. The images aim to reappropriate the female body, offering it a place as a body-subject rather than a body-object.

A female puppet appears locked in a room, prostrate on the floor and motionless. After several experiences, ropes are attached to her body and her movements become increasingly fluid. Maca works as a cashier in a supermarket. One day, while she is restocking one of the shelves, a young man approaches her from behind and “brushes” her buttocks with his package. The girl contemplates confronting him, but doubts assail her. Was it an assault? Can she report it? Has he done this to other women? Doesn’t something similar happen to hundreds of women around the world every day?
