Wendy is a Manhattan writer who decides to get her driver’s license while her marriage breaks up. For this, she receives classes from Darwan, a man of Indian origin who earns a living as a taxi driver and instructor in a driving school. As they drive through the streets of New York, they drift away from their everyday problems and initiate a special friendship.
