Huesca Film Festival, with the collaboration of Instituto de Estudios Altoaragoneses invites the students of primary education to the workshop Cinema without a camera. Cut!, a special occasion to approach to cinema from the inside and in a different way, only using the light of a bulb, imagination, old newspapers, magazines and a pair of scissors.
The workshop is divided into two parts: theory and practice. First we will briefly review the history of cinema through a comic, the bubbles of which will be filled by the participants in the workshop and we will finish this part elaborating our own definition of cinema.
After that, we will make a shadow play with models and improvising, also with a guessing game of the forms represented. Finally and working in teams, each group will make a storyboard taking the ideas suggested by the combination of the images of the newspapers as a starting point; after that we will share the films we have made.
