Fifteen short films support the career of this shorts filmmaker who has been awarded more than 200 times, including a nomination to the Goya (Exprés), a preselection to the Oscars (Física II) and a presentation in the Official Section of the Venice International Film Festival (La culpa del Alpinista). His four full length films –AzulOscuroCasiNegro, Gordos, Primos and La Gran Familia Española- were awarded two pre-selections for the Oscars, five Goya Awards, in addition to several nominations, and numerous national and international awards.
